Method 1: Delete inside the game (recommended)

Open the game and tap Settings (gear icon) on the home screen.

Tap Delete Account(注销账号).

Read the confirmation dialog and note down your Player ID shown there, then confirm.
Method 2: Request by email
Email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your in-game Player ID (visible in Settings). We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What happens after you request deletion
Your account enters a 30-day cooling-off period. During this period all game data is fully retained, and you can cancel the deletion by signing back in with the same login method.
After 30 days, your account and associated personal data (account identifiers, game progress, device information) are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Retained data: purchase/transaction records are kept for up to 5 years where required by tax and accounting law; anonymized aggregated statistics (not linked to you) may be retained.
