Account & Data Deletion

Overview

This page explains how to delete your data in EmberCrown: Twilight Watch and in PureReader.

PureReader has no account system, so its path differs from the Game. See section 2.

1. The Game: How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] with your player ID and the email address linked to your account.

We confirm receipt within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

2. The Reader: No Account — How to Clear Telemetry

PureReader has no accounts and requires no registration, so there is no account to close. The only data that could link you to our servers is the anonymous telemetry described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

To stop reporting or clear existing records:

• Uninstall the app: no further telemetry is sent after removal.
• Email us: include the device identifier shown on the Me screen and we delete the matching records within 30 days.
• Local documents: imported files and reading progress live on your device and are removed with the app. We hold no backup.

3. What Happens After Deletion

Once an account or telemetry record is deleted, your personal data, game progress, and associated information are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

4. Data That May Be Retained

Certain anonymized data may be retained for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes. This data will not be linked to your personal identity.
